Nim Avenue Hotel, established in 2010, is located in Tamale, Northern Region, Ghana. Initially starting with seven standard rooms and a restaurant, the hotel has expanded over the years to include 41 rooms, three conference halls, and a restaurant by the end of 2013. In January 2015, an annex with 12 additional rooms was opened. Currently, the hotel aims to achieve a 3-star rating by adding 40 more rooms, two modern conference halls, and a rooftop swimming pool, the first of its kind in the region.
